Your Role in Our Story:

• Lead and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

• Introduce premium menu items with enthusiasm and authenticity, helping customers understand the quality, freshness, and value they bring

• Ensure smooth operations while maintaining warmth and attentiveness

• Work alongside management to uphold our high standards of hospitality

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven leadership experience in F&B and thrives on building genuine connections

• Is confident in recommending premium items in a way that feels natural, informative, and enriching to the guest’s experience

• Has good knowledge of seafood and Chinese cuisine (an advantage, but not essential)

• Lives out our culture of honesty, respect, and teamwork every day

Working Hours:

· 6 days’ work week, up to 44 hours per week

· Working hours: Weekday - 11am-2pm, 5:30pm-10:30pm

· Weekend - 10:30am-2pm, 5pm-11pm, Off on Tuesday
