HP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, governance, and business partnering support for the Capital Expenditure and Investment portfolio. You will work with Operations, Engineering and stakeholders to evaluate capital requests, build robust business cases, and ensure investment decisions align with strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree or commensurate experience in finance or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in financial management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review CAPEX requests and assess alignment with financial objectives.
• Develop and refine business cases for capital funding requests.
• Guide requestors through CAPEX approval and governance processes.
• Prepare financial presentations and recommendations for management.
• Monitor CAPEX spending against budgets and provide variances analyses.
• Support monthly close, flash forecasts, and annual budgeting for CAPEX.
• Maintain CAPEX forecasts and provide visibility into investment performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting policies.
