NI Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the ADG System R&D team to design, implement, and maintain modern text-based UI panel solutions using C#, WPF, and MVVM. You will collaborate with technical leads to ensure successful project execution and product releases while contributing as a hands-on senior developer.

The role emphasizes ownership of technical deliverables, strong software engineering fundamentals, and mentorship of junior engineers in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/EE or related field.
• Min 6 years of software development experience using C#/.NET.
• Experience developing desktop or enterprise software with OO design.
• Familiar with CI/CD and modern software practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain UI panel solutions and reusable components.
• Translate requirements into scalable software meeting release commitments.
• Own deliverables across the software development lifecycle; mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage risks and drive engineering excellence.
