Job summary

NI Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ADG System R&D) to design, implement, test, and maintain C# UI components and reusable libraries for modern text-based UI panels. You will own features through the full development lifecycle and work with leads and project teams to ensure robust, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in OO software development with C#/.NET, desktop or enterprise apps, strong design discipline, and hands-on delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Min 6 years of software development experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience building desktop or enterprise software.
• Strong grasp of design principles, patterns and SDLC practices.
• Proficient with source control, builds, and debugging complex issues.
• Ability to deliver on commitments and release software with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain C# UI components and reusable libraries.
• Deliver high-quality UI panel solutions and scalable libraries.
• Own deliverables through design, integration, and deployment lifecycles.
• Collaborate with leads and teams to manage risks and releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
