Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of software development using object-oriented languages like C# or .NET.
• Experience developing desktop or enterprise software applications.
• Solid understanding of design principles and patterns.
• Experience with source control, build processes, and SDLC practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and deliver on project commitments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and contributing to team knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality text-based UI panel solutions, reusable components, and shared libraries.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions meeting objectives and release commitments.
• Own assigned deliverables through design, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Work with project teams to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to ensure releases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development tools, frameworks, and practices.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and validation mechanisms.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure quality.
• Drive defect resolution, root cause analysis, and improvement of standards.
• Support release readiness, stabilization activities, and post-release resolution.
• Collaborate with engineers, leads, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers.
