Job Description
  1. Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.
  2. Act as a key user supporting both customer order and procurement planning of SAP system.
  3. Troubleshoot system errors raised by both customer order and procurement planners.
  4. Support SAP data cleansing activities regularly.
  5. Analyze AA order backlog and provide status updates.
  6. Support EOS/EOP process improvement projects as part of customer order analysis.
  7. Lead the rollout of new plant planning tools to EDLs with training and workshops.
  8. Support material simulation activities with interns to address sudden demand surges or overhanging claims from/to customers.
  9. Participate in the CaPRI-SP2 long-term capacity planning project to prevent material bottlenecks by providing early warnings to suppliers.
  10. Prepare reports such as Leveling Adherence and Attainment reports as needed.
  11. Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), including Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling, and EPEI for continuous improvement.
  12. Initiate functional meetings for knowledge sharing and project status updates following the PDCA cycle.
  13. Support and work towards achieving departmental goals.
  14. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field; background in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
  2. At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  3. This role requires a combination of business analysis and technical proficiency, particularly in SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
  4. Understanding of MRP is essential.
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across business functions.
