Job summary

PwC in Malaysia is seeking a Manager-level professional in Tax services to drive new business opportunities, manage client engagements, and lead go-to-market initiatives for outsourced accounting solutions within our corporate services team.

You will build relationships with MNCs and large corporates, navigate complex tax regulations, and translate client needs into commercial opportunities across Finance, Accounting, and Risk services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within professional services, managed services/outsourcing, or BPO.
• Experience selling to MNCs or large Malaysian corporates preferred.
• Exposure to finance, accounting, risk, or corporate support service offerings advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Originate, develop, and close new business opportunities across finance, accounting, and risk managed services.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving revenue growth and client value.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships within target MNCs and large corporates.
• Understand client business challenges and position tailored managed service solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on outsourcing strategies and cost optimization.
• Execute go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and demand for managed services offerings.
• Collaborate with internal experts across finance, accounting, risk, HR, and corporate services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive integrated solutions across service lines.
• Monitor market trends and outsourcing demand in Malaysia and the region.
