About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (Insurance) to join our RHB Insurance department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth in the insurance segment by acquiring new business, expanding existing relationships, and identifying market opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to position our insurance solutions effectively.

What you will be doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the insurance segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and industry partners
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the insurance market
  • Work closely with product, underwriting, and operations teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients
  • Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and business reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic insights
