About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan Joint Resources Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Cyberjaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for developing the new sales every month to increase revenue for company’s growth.

Examine risks and potential for new accounts acquisition month on month

Expand client base in Malaysia and Asia region

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients every week

Promote the company’s products/services and predicting clients’ needs

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support as and when required to business

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Update existing, new and potential client contact details in the system or excel report format given by the management

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing or related field.

Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field is mandatory.

Should have at least 6+ years of experience in professional sales or IT consulting, or Recruitment industry.

Should have strong customer connections in Malaysia who can deliver business from the 1st month.

Ability to identify and map business strengths and customer needs

Good track record of meeting quarterly sales target.
