Job description

An ambitious UK law firm is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in one of their UK offices. The role holder will support their Financial Services sector group to grow revenue and reputation, and develop their client base, reporting to the Head of BD.

The Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and regularly revise Business Development and client engagement strategies.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop compelling market propositions.
  • Lead sales and marketing campaigns with support from the Communications team to position the firm for success and convert new opportunities.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with priority clients in the Financial Services sector and support the Client Engagement team in expanding this client base.
  • Create persuasive marketing collateral, proposals, bids, and pitch presentations.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with high-value prospects through contact plans.
  • Nurture relationships with industry bodies to enhance the firm's and sector’s profile.

The Candidate:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in helping professional services organizations develop reputation and achieve revenue growth.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Financial Services sector and experience working with major financial organizations.
  • Ability to run successful sales and marketing campaigns.
