Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Digital Trust services (Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) for Certification and Training) through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on digital trust services such as cybersecurity, identity management, or compliance.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of the Digital Trust market, including cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI in cybersecurity).
