Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive/Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company.
2. Coordinate design and planning works in consultation with professionals and specialists to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Assist in procurement, negotiation with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and make recommendations to the Manager.
4. Assist in coordinating multi-disciplinary works within a project or outsource project assignments, including project planning and budgeting.
5. Collaborate closely with the Manager and Division Manager to understand and contribute to their functional development requirements within a project.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in property development.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Familiar with the design, development, and management of property development projects.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Willing to travel within northern and southern regions of Malaysia.
