We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development personnel to be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the automotive sector, particularly EVs, and will work to identify and develop collaborative opportunities that align with our company's goals.

Job Description

  • Initiate and pursue partnership opportunities with automotive OEMs and dealers, focusing on charger sales and deployment, software collaborations, and potential fleet collaborations
  • Identify and propose innovative collaboration models, including co-branded solutions, joint marketing campaigns, and technical integrations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of partners and their customers
  • Conduct market research to identify and understand trends and opportunities in the automotive and EV sectors
  • Drive discussions and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related field is preferred
  • 2-5 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
  • Strong understanding of automotive OEM operations and EV technologies
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
