We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development personnel to be responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the automotive sector, particularly EVs, and will work to identify and develop collaborative opportunities that align with our company's goals.
Job Description
Initiate and pursue partnership opportunities with automotive OEMs and dealers, focusing on charger sales and deployment, software collaborations, and potential fleet collaborations
Identify and propose innovative collaboration models, including co-branded solutions, joint marketing campaigns, and technical integrations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive industry
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the needs of partners and their customers
Conduct market research to identify and understand trends and opportunities in the automotive and EV sectors
Drive discussions and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related field is preferred
2-5 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
Strong understanding of automotive OEM operations and EV technologies
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Data-driven and analytical approach to business development and strategy
Technical aptitude and a keen understanding of the automotive and EV sectors
Willingness to travel as required for business needs
