Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia, an executive recruitment firm is partnering with a leading medical aesthetic company in Asia to hire a Senior Business Development Executive. The role will be responsible for business development, sales forecasting reports and sales pipeline. This role will also monitor sales performance with the goal of expanding the company's market share. This opportunity is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our range of medical devices to medical professionals in clinics and hospitals
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of medical devices
• Work with marketing team to achieve a synergy of marketing plans with sales efforts
• Support the implementation of events such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations, etc.
• Develop, build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer base
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
