Senior Business Development Executive

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Executive whose part strategist , part executor – and fully committed to driving growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping Exxor’s market presence, building strategic partnerships, and amplifying our brand across the right channels.

You’ll work directly with the CBDO on business development strategy, while also taking ownership of marketing initiatives including social media, events, and branding activities. If you’re someone who can pitch a client one day and organise an industry showcase the next – we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and strategic documents for clients and partners.
• Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to support positioning and growth strategy.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders - partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate high-impact engagement activities including meetings, follow-ups, and project tracking.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams (project, operations, finance) to respond to align business opportunities with internal capabilities
• Maintain and grow the business pipeline, CRM tracking and performance reports.
• Identify and coordinate participation in strategic events, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate on the development of marketing materials – from brochures / company profiles to digital campaigns.
• Work with vendors / partners when needed to execute marketing initiatives or events.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related strategic role
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Analytical mindset and comfortable making sense of complex data or markets
• Experience managing social media and digital content (LinkedIn a must, others a bonus)
• Bonus: Experiencce in infrastructure tech, utilities, engineering solutions, or B2B projects
