Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the solar energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies.
- Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar energy solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prospect and engage with new clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our solar services.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with businesses, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine offerings and pricing.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Business-related fields.
- Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages like Chinese are a plus.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinker, able to prioritize and work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
