Job description

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Business Development Executive who thrives on building and growing strategic relationships with big brands. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ecommerce, logistics, FMCG/F&B, or distribution, who understands how to identify opportunities, drive business growth, and develop long-term key accounts.

You’ll be responsible for both business development (generating new revenue, proposing new solutions, identifying market gaps) and working closely with top-tier clients to deepen partnerships and scale revenue.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development
  2. Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities, particularly large brands or distributors in ecommerce, F&B, FMCG, or logistics.
  3. Propose creative and scalable solutions tailored to each client’s business model and needs. Work cross-functionally to bring new revenue ideas to life from ideation to execution.
  4. Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

  1. Sales & Relationship Management
  2. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, to closing. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across accounts.
  3. Regularly track and report on revenue, pipeline, and key account performance.
Job Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within ecommerce, logistics, FMCG/F&B, or distribution industries.
  • Strong understanding of client operations and needs in one or more of the target industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating new revenue, closing deals, or managing strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and commercially minded.
