The Role

We're looking fora Senior Business Developer to lead advertising sales efforts. You'll manage and grow partnerships, optimize ad space, and sell custom campaigns to key players in crypto, gaming, and fintech.

What You'll Do

  • Sell and optimize advertising space on a high-traffic crypto platform
  • Work with ad brokers, media partners, and direct clients
  • Set up new collaborations and strengthen existing ones
  • Build custom deals with exchanges, projects, and other web3 clients
  • Track and analyze campaign performance for better ROI
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure ads align with user experience
  • Report on sales activity and performance regularly
  • Explore and propose new ad formats and strategies

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3-5 years of business development or ad sales experience in crypto
  • Strong network or experience with exchanges, crypto projects, or media buyers
  • Familiarity with ad tools like Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and CRMs
  • Solid communication and presentation skills in English
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a startup environment
  • Confident relationship builder who can create win-win deals
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
