Job summary

DKSH in Malaysia seeks an Executive, Business Analyst to extract, collate, and analyze large datasets, generating market insights for the healthcare commercial team. You will support competitive research, performance tracking, and data-driven reporting across pharma, OTC, and medical devices markets.

Key duties include preparing timely market analyses, updating sales reports, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; preference for Data Analytics, CS, or Business Administration.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates welcome.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Prepare market analysis reports aligned with commercial needs and update internal sales reports.
Extract and analyze large datasets to support market assessment and sales tagging for incentives.
Conduct regular market surveys and competitive research across pharma, OTC, and medical devices sectors.
Support MCL data cleansing and project data governance across systems.
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and provide coverage during absences.
