Job DescriptionAbout the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst in the data team, you will provide expert levels of Business Analysis capability and techniques, translating business needs into actionable requirements, guiding teams through the project lifecycle, and ensuring successful business outcomes. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, you will facilitate clear communication, address challenges, and drive alignment across the business.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as data engineers, engineering managers, product managers, architects and data solution designers as you lead iterative delivery of data-driven initiatives. This role provides extensive exposure across the organization, offering valuable opportunities to gain deep insights into the full scope of our business operations.
About the Team
This role will be placed within the Data team, which is part of SEEKs Technology division. The Data team supports and maintains the platform where SEEKs data is hosted on, build data products that are used by business units across SEEK and provide Data Management and Privacy guidance for safe usage of SEEKs data.
Reporting to the Data Engagement Manager, you will be an integral member of the wider Data Services team, collaborating on a diverse range of use-cases across all part of SEEK.
Your key stakeholders would include, but not limited to, individuals across Sales and Service, Finance, Marketing, Product and AI & Platform, Online Engineering Teams in Hirer, Candidate and Platform domains across APAC.
Your peers would be Data Engineering Managers, Data Engineers and Data Solution designers, across all levels of experience.
