We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Analytics to lead the consumer business analytics agenda within the Regional Data Office. This role is pivotal in driving customer-centric growth by embedding advanced analytics into decision-making and execution. The VP will shape insights across pricing strategy, product optimization, portfolio management, channel performance, and customer value. By fostering a culture of experimentation, driving execution effectiveness, and embedding measurement frameworks, this leader will ensure analytics deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage & Align: Partner with Group Consumer Financial Services (GCFS) leaders to identify business priorities and translate them into measurable analytical initiatives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, marketing, CRM, data science, and channel teams to deliver practical and impactful analytics solutions.
  • Drive Insights & Experimentation: Champion a test-and-learn culture (A/B testing, experimentation), delivering insights in pricing, product portfolio, campaigns, and customer value management.
  • Measure & Improve: Establish tracking mechanisms, embed feedback loops, and refine models to ensure analytics drive tangible outcomes.
  • Scale Across Markets: Build scalable, reusable models and best practices, ensuring consistency while enabling local market relevance.
  • Innovate: Stay ahead of emerging analytics trends, introduce new frameworks, and pilot solutions that unlock growth and efficiency.
  • Lead & Influence: Manage stakeholder expectations, provide thought leadership, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in analytics, data science, or strategy roles, ideally within banking/financial services or consumer-focused industries.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence strategic priorities, and deliver measurable business impact (e.g., revenue uplift, improved retention, higher conversion).
  • Technical expertise in customer analytics, CRM, A/B testing, growth measurement frameworks, and familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, data platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strategic mindset to align analytics initiatives with business objectives, embed customer-centric approaches, and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and thriving in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Innovation & experimentation mindset, fostering a test-and-learn culture, driving continuous improvement, and embedding feedback loops into business execution.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
