Senior Business Analyst (4PL) - (6943)

This is a broad-ranging Senior Business Analyst role responsible for analyzing and evaluating the supply chain of various customers to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within their assigned region. The position involves developing and standardizing processes and workflows across regions through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

1. Escalation and troubleshooting of regional and global performance issues.
2. Conducting monthly reviews with regional control tower teams to understand performance trends and capture improvement plans.
3. Gathering report requirements from management stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators.
4. Setting up workflows for efficient reporting.
5. Documenting technical requirements for IT development teams to enhance software platforms.
6. Developing dashboards and BI tools for stakeholders.
7. Supporting regional 4PL teams with data-driven projects and analysis.
8. Managing updates to master data.
9. Providing data and analysis for projects and sourcing events.
10. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure data accuracy.
11. Performing special reviews and projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Power BI or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management.

Travel/Meeting Requirements:

Approximately 5% travel, potentially more during implementation phases. Meetings and conference calls may occur outside normal hours for global coordination.

Physical Capabilities:

This is a sedentary role requiring sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Frequent use of computers, phones, and fax machines is necessary. Occasionally, lifting up to 10 pounds may be required.
