Your role as a Sr Business Analyst is to analyze and assess business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights and commentaries to support decision-making. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions align with business goals to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

You Will

  1. Work closely with business operation team to help deliver cost lines
  2. Provide insightful reporting
  3. Ensure the production of key financial reporting and planning processes for the business partners
  4. Recognized as the natural ‘go to’ person for Accounting/Financial processes related to business operational activities
  5. Resolve queries and provide ad hoc information to the business
  6. Carry out the month-end closing process

You Have

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance
  • 8 years' experience in Finance
  • Strong planning, organizing, communication, and influencing skills
  • Serious commitment to responsibilities with the ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication, report writing, mentoring skills, and strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, good team leader, and team player
