Job description

Senior Brand Manager, Dermatological Skincare

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with market objectives, consumer demand, and profitability goals.

Leverage global brand guidelines and market insights to drive innovation, product lifecycle management, and SKU optimization.

Conduct regular brand performance analysis (IQVIA, Nielsen, Brand Health) and ROI evaluation to inform future strategies.

Support ecommerce growth through integrated marketing and sales strategies.

Build and manage relationships with KOLs and dermatology experts.

Marketing Execution (ATL/BTL)

Lead development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns within regulatory standards.

Drive impactful digital and HCP activations with agencies, and align channel marketing with Trade Marketing teams.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, regulatory, medical, supply chain, and finance to support brand growth.

Lead brand-related projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Define pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.

Collaborate with sales on national promotions, customer presentations, and category growth initiatives.

Manage marketing budgets effectively and conduct regular product and brand training.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine future marketing plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science.

5+ years of brand management experience in FMCG (MNC environment preferred).

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Experience in product launches and digital marketing campaigns.
