We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.

A day in the life of a Senior Brand Manager…

  1. Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands.
  2. Develops Brand Essence.
  3. Delivers tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to 60/40.
  4. In collaboration with CCSD, understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers.
  5. Develops and successfully executes Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for his/her brands.
  6. Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of his/her brands.
  7. Responsible for the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
  8. Demonstrates leadership and facilitates development of his/her team.

What Will Make You Successful

  1. Bachelor Degree in any related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or brand experience.
  3. 2 years in other function ideally in Sales or equivalent FMCG.
  4. Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
  5. Experience in at least 1 product launch from ideation to launch.
