The Senior Brand Manager- Alba is dynamic, strategic, and results-driven to lead and manage the development and launch of an emerging brand, with a specific focus on digital marketing and best practice content development. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, leveraging digital channels, and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns. The Senior Brand Manager will utilize strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, and execution skills while promoting brand management best practices. As a leader, you will guide and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring that the brand strategies align with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Development & Launch:
    Lead the development, execution, and launch of brand campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, from concept through to post-launch analysis.
    Oversee the development and optimization of digital marketing strategies across platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (broader marketing, sales, enquiries) to ensure effective campaign strategies and deliverables, maximizing brand impact.
  2. Digital Marketing & Content Development:
    Design and execute digital-first campaigns to engage audiences across social media, email marketing and influencer partnerships. Collaborate with Digital Agency to execute with excellence across SEO/SEM, EDMs, Whatsapp and digital advertising.
    Drive content creation across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring the production of high-quality, relevant content that resonates with the target audience and supports brand growth.
    Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that the brand’s digital presence is innovative and effective.
  3. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
    Leverage digital analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing efforts in real-time to maximize reach and ROI.
    Use consumer insights and digital data to refine content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience needs.
    Conduct post-campaign evaluations to assess ROI, effectiveness, and identify opportunities for future digital marketing improvements.
  4. Public Relations (PR) Responsibilities:
    Collaborating with PR Agency: Serve as the primary contact for external PR agencies, providing direction, feedback, and ensuring alignment with brand goals. Manage agency relationships and monitor performance.
    Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Create and execute PR strategies that align with the brand’s vision and target audience, ensuring consistent messaging across public channels.
    Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and manage PR events such as clinic launches and influencer events to enhance brand visibility.
    Tracking & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media coverage, using analytics to track brand mentions and audience engagement.
  5. Commercial Acumen:
    Apply business insights and commercial understanding to develop strategic brand plans that support overall business objectives.
    Work closely with sales, finance, and other internal teams to manage brand budgets, pricing, and profitability, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    Identify new digital and traditional growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact.
    Build Annual Brand Plans with long term and short term horizons to develop and implement both digital and traditional brand strategies that align with both market dynamics and organizational goals.
    Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure brand strategies are executed flawlessly across all touchpoints.
    Ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns while maintaining high quality, brand integrity, and digital innovation.
  6. Brand Excellence & Best Practices:
    Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
    Serve as the brand custodian, guaranteeing all initiatives align with established brand guidelines and uphold the highest standards of quality.
    Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and emerging best practices, applying the latest insights to enhance the brand’s presence and effectiveness in the market.
    Lead, mentor, and develop a brand team, consisting of assistant brand manager and content writer, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
    Provide coaching and guidance on brand management excellence, digital marketing strategies, content development, and campaign execution.
    Build strong relationships with internal and external agency stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
  7. Organizational Skills & Project Management:
    Oversee multiple brand initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
    Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to drive cross-functional alignment and manage key milestones, especially with digital campaigns.
    Proactively address challenges, making adjustments to plans and timelines when necessary to ensure digital campaigns are on track.

Selection Criteria

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of brand management experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital-first campaigns across social media, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  4. Strong commercial acumen and experience with financial management (budgeting, pricing, profitability).
  5. Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital analytics, consumer insights, and content development best practices.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  9. High levels of autonomy while also being a strong team player.
  10. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a brand team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance.
  11. Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and change management skills.
