Yee Lee Marketing possesses an extensive marketing and distribution network with strong business development capabilities covering various trade channels directly and via sub-distributors in West Malaysia and East Malaysia for famous FMCG’s brands from beverages to household products: Red Bull Malaysia, Red Eagle, Vesawit, Spritzer, Cactus, Red Bull International, BIC, Warrior, Vanzo Malaysia and etc.
Yee Lee Marketing had formed a strategic alliance with TCP Group, which is co-owner of the world’s most iconic energy drink brand, “Red Bull”, where TCP became a 50% shareholder of Yee Lee Marketing, will see both companies leveraging on their combined strength and expertise to enhance the market share of Red Bull products, increase cross-selling opportunities, strengthen efficiencies and service experience for sub-distributors and retailers as well as provide Malaysian consumers with innovative and exciting products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategizing brand plans and seeing the plans through from planning to execution and ensuring that the annual operating targets are met.
- Review and analyse brand and campaign performances against goals and create plans to meet goals, and drive revenue, share and growth for the brands.
- Evaluate brand image and awareness and ensure ad placement relevancy with optimum ROI in media buy.
- Review and analyze consumer insights, competitors, market trends and opportunities for both brands and new products.
- Oversee all promotion plans and new product launches to ensure that plans are in line with brand activities and revenue targets.
- Develop engaging content and drive engagement for current digital plans and ensure KPIs are set for campaigns and agencies.
- Develop customized plans for the business development team to pitch to new customers.
- Work closely with third-party agencies to ensure optimum coverage for brand-related activities.
- Manage all marketing A&P budgets efficiently, and monitor its effectiveness to ensure positive ROI.
- Manage monthly reports according to activities and objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators, and ensure the right actions are taken for KPI to be on track.
Requirements
- Degree in any related field - Marketing, Business, Economy, etc.
- At least 5 years of experiences, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques, e.g. Nielsen and Kantar.
- Knowledge of budget and cost analysis.
- Experienced in media buying from multiple platforms including digital.
- Experienced in social media content management.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
