About the Role

We are looking for a driven and hands-on marketing professional to join a vibrant team based in Penang. This is a unique opportunity where the seniority of the role (Senior Brand Executive or Assistant Brand Manager) will be tailored to the experience of the successful candidate. You will play a crucial role in supporting the brand management team, working across a diverse portfolio that includes a market-leading beverage brand and a range of ready-to-eat food products. You will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies and collaborating with key stakeholders, including international brand principals.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand Managers in the development and execution of annual marketing plans and brand strategies.
  • Coordinate and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
  • Assist in the new product development (NPD) process from concept to launch.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track brand performance and prepare regular reports for the management team.
  • Manage and monitor the A&P budget to ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Liaise with external partners, including creative, media, and PR agencies, as well as international brand principals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in the food and beverage categories is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Penang.
