Responsibilities
  • Assist Brand Managers to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps in existing product offerings.
  • Generate innovative ideas for new products based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and initial assessments to evaluate the viability and potential success of new product concepts.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts into tangible offerings.
  • Develop product deck including product requirements, features, and specifications.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budget for new product development initiatives.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine product designs and functionalities.
  • Ensure product prototypes meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging, sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Gather customer feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or science related field; nutrition, food science, food tech, bio-tech degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in product management or new product development roles, preferably within health and beauty industry.
  • Good team player to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Passion for innovative and a deep understanding for market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and emerging technologies.
  • Result oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact and organization goals.
