Job summary

BJAK is seeking an experienced brand designer to shape and sustain the company’s visual identity across marketing and product surfaces. You will collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences and adapt brand expression for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of brand/design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools. A keen interest in AI-enabled design is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brand design, graphic design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio showing brand storytelling, consistency, and high-quality execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Ability to work quickly, manage iterations, and deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality brand materials that reflect BJAK’s visual identity.
• Shape and evolve BJAK’s brand system, ensuring consistency across marketing and product surfaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—adapting brand expression as needed.
• Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring strong craft and consistency across outputs.
• Deliver fast, thoughtful design work that supports long-term brand growth and immediate business needs.
• Report directly to the Creative Manager, contributing creative and strategic input to brand direction.
