Job description

We are seeking talented and driven candidates to join an established team working on a high-profile transportation project urgently. Your responsibilities will involve production and documentation responsibilities as part of our Global Design Center.

The following roles will initially be for a contract duration of one (1) year with a view of permanent employment subject to a performance assessment.

Job Title: Senior BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

• Lead modelling efforts on BIM projects while supporting the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Teams in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
• Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, coordination, clash reporting and presentations, aligned with the project LOD requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
• Production of project output and ownership of model information.
• Maintain and update BIM models.
• Implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior BIM Modelers to ensure they are equipped to handle complex projects.

Requirements:

• You must have a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and 5 years of experience in BIM Architecture modelling and coordination work.
• Highly proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, you must have an “Advance/Expert” Revit certification.
• Possesses strong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Good planning and organisation skills in managing modelling and drafting work.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.
