The Senior Billing Executive will lead, supervise, guide, and motivate a team of junior staff. He/She will be involved in various responsibilities, including supporting billing/TV configuration requests for corporate/consumer products or services, analyzing and configuring these requests into the backend system. He/She will provide customer support for billing configuration inquiries and complaints, and lead split billing inquiries, investigations, and reconciliations. This role also acts as a SME by providing billing advice to internal stakeholders and supporting day-to-day operations in revenue assurance, revenue reconciliation, and usage rejections.

Make an Impact by:

• Checking incoming requests to ensure all information is correctly filled in the template, with no missing or wrong information, and no typos for IPCC (Pegasus Configuration Centre), M2M rate plans, MMIG, etc.
• Analyzing requests and verifying against systems to ensure validity for configuration.
• Providing guidance to requestors unfamiliar with the template or requirements.
• Managing corporate customer requirements, including explaining processes, requirements, system limitations, and workarounds to Account Managers.
• Investigating irregularities and resolving operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Performing revenue assurance activities to prevent revenue leakage.
• Performing usage and billing reconciliation activities to ensure billing integrity.
• Analyzing usage rejections and resolving rejects according to SOP and KPIs.

Skills for Success

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel (Vlookup), PowerPoint, with good analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience in billing operations, UAT, or the telecommunication industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with available resources.
