FirePitz Group, through its Flame & Fern Café, is hiring a Barista / Senior Barista for Fresh/Entry Level duties in Malaysia. You will prepare and serve espresso drinks, tea beverages, and handle the coffee station during peak hours.

You should bring proven barista experience, knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and excellent customer service. The role offers staff meals, uniform, medical coverage, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe.
• Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, grind calibration, and milk texturing.
• Friendly customer engagement and good communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and early morning schedules.
• Willing to contribute to a clean, efficient service during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot/cold coffee, espresso drinks, and tea beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing equipment expertly.
• Maintain milk steaming quality, temperature, and latte art standards.
• Keep the coffee station, counters, and brewing gear clean and sanitized.
• Monitor coffee bean inventory, assist in stock counts, and practice strict FIFO.
