Become a key player in our financial operations as a Senior Banking Analyst on our Accounts Receivable team! We're looking for a detail-oriented financial analyst with a deep understanding of banking operations to ensure financial accuracy and optimize cash flow. What You'll Do:

As a Senior Banking Analyst, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our financial transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile all incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely posting to customer accounts.
• Lead daily banking operations, including processing lockbox, wire/ACH, and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with the AR and AP team to efficiently resolve unapplied or misapplied payments.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting tools to track cash flow, payment trends, and variances.
• Serve as a key point of contact with banking partners and internal stakeholders on payment-related matters.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all cash receipts are properly recorded and reconciled.
• Assist internal & external Audit queries, acting as the point of contact between the audit team and the department.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance cash application efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide support and training on banking/AR processes.
  
  

What You will Need to Succeed:

You're an experienced and meticulous professional with a strong financial background. We're looking for someone who brings:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, banking operations, or financial analysis, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of banking platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and AR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Bonus Point If You Have:

• Experience with international payments and foreign currency reconciliation.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems.
• Exposure to process automation tools.
• Working knowledge of AR metrics such as DSO and aging analysis.
