Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Foster healthy relationships with branch staff and the Branch Manager to facilitate referrals.
  2. Focus on walk-in customers and utilize the bank’s database to cross-sell bancassurance products.
  3. Proactively communicate product and service offerings to branch staff.
  4. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to increase insurance sales penetration among PB/AP clients.
  5. Meet clients through mobile sales efforts.
  6. Obtain business resources via referrals and leads.
  7. Perform the entire sales process, including after-sales service.
  8. Establish and strengthen customer relationships.
  9. Achieve the sales targets set by the bank.
  10. Maintain good rapport with customers and branch staff to ensure effective operations.
Sales Management
  1. Achieve the target success rate for closing sales as specified by the business.
  2. Conduct fact-finding and insurance need analysis for clients, providing prompt advice and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the team to generate ideas and action plans to increase insurance activity and sales.
  4. Be knowledgeable about the bank’s products, including features, benefits, promotional campaigns, and procedures.
  5. Provide personal financial advisory services to prospective customers.
  6. Maintain persistency and cooling-off ratios.
Customer Management
  1. Promptly attend to customer inquiries within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
  2. Implement systematic reviews for existing policyholders.
  3. Provide regular feedback on market developments and customer needs.
Compliance
  1. Adhere to all money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activities.
  2. Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory authority regulations and controls.
  3. Maintain sales compliance and prevent mis-selling.
  4. Fulfill Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours for licensing renewal.
Skills
