Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute automation solutions, including planning, development, and implementation of project engineering for internal and external customers.
• Provide technical consultation, sales support, and project coordination with sales teams.
• Control system integration and configuration, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and networking.
• Develop programs, create IO listings, engineering drawings, and conduct FAT, SAT, and site testing.
• Ensure project documentation meets quality and safety standards and maintain detailed project records.
• Plan and manage project schedules to achieve profitability with double‑digit margins.
• Conduct training and technical support for SI partners, distributors, and customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements and program standardization.

Requirements

• Industrial knowledge with manufacturing process experience.
• Deep understanding of PLC, SCADA, networking technologies, and communication protocols (Modbus, FINS, MQTT, etc.).
• Strong program development skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network configuration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities in electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience with software programming (Python, Java, SQL, etc.).
• Ability to plan, organize, and conduct project meetings and training sessions.
