What you’ll be working on:

Process Automation Design & Development

Design and implement automation workflows to optimizeaccounting processessuch asaccounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, andgeneral ledger management.

UsePython,RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), and other automation frameworks to streamline repetitive financial tasks and ensure efficiency.

Work with accounting systems (e.g.,ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks) to integrate automation solutions for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.

Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation and recommend solutions for reducing errors and increasing process speed.

Data Management & Reporting Automation

Develop automated systems for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of financial data across multiple platforms and databases.

Create automated reporting tools to generatefinancial reports, reconciliation reports, and other financial documents, reducing manual intervention and turnaround time.

Automatedata validation and verificationto ensure financial information is accurate and in compliance with regulations.

Process Improvement & Optimization

Work with finance and accounting departments to understand pain points and design automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Continuously monitor the performance of automated systems and identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and optimization.

Implement machine learning or AI-based models topredict cash flow trends,optimize budgeting, and improve financial forecasting.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure that all automated processes comply withinternal controlsandexternal regulationsrelated to accounting and finance operations.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes.

Assist inmaintaining financial data integrity, minimizing risks of fraud or errors.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Min 3 years of experienceinfinance or accounting automation, preferably within a corporate or financial institution setting.

Strong proficiency inPythonandRPA tools(e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Experience infinancial systems integration, such asERP software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks)andaccounting platforms.

Familiarity withaccounting workflowssuch asAP/AR, reconciliation, payroll, andfinancial reporting.

Strong understanding offinancial data management,data analysis, andreporting automation.

Ability to understand and implementinternal controlsandcompliance requirementsin finance automation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
