Senior Auditor - Temporary

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team on a contract basis (3-4 months) in our Subang Jaya, Selangor office. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough audits and providing valuable insights to ensure the financial integrity and compliance of our clients' operations. What you'll be doing

• Performing comprehensive financial audits, reviewing accounts, and identifying potential risks or areas for improvement
• Analyzing financial data, preparing detailed audit reports, and presenting findings to clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the audit team
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance the quality of audit services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in external auditing, preferably within a reputable accounting firm or in-house finance department
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, accounting principles, and auditing methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of audit software and data analysis tools
• Relevant professional certification, such as ACCA, CPA, or CA, is highly desirable
