Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field / ACCA Affiliate
• Completed any of the professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, ICAEW)
• MIA eligible
• Minimum of five years of work experience in a professional services environment

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the senior manager/partner and execute in compliance with EY policies
• Execute complex audit procedures and lead teams, or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size
• Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and ensure high-quality work delivered to clients
• Anticipate and identify risks and elevate issues as appropriate
• Create a positive learning culture and coach junior team members for their development
