What you'll be doing
  • Lead and supervise audit teams according to client size and complexity
  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Meet and visit clients to understand their business, address audit findings, and build lasting professional relationships
  • Prepare clear, comprehensive audit reports with practical recommendations
  • Contribute to developing efficient audit strategies and processes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in auditing. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage clients directly
  • Proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable and ready to grow
