Job Brief:

The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition is responsible as a strategic partner to plan and execute Talent Acquisition strategy with ability to manage overall hiring delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with hiring manager and analyse the requirement and expectation, identify the best match talent.
  2. Manage full lifecycle of recruitment and selection processes in timely manner ie. sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting, talent assessment, interviewing, develop salary package, reference check, offer negotiation, prepare documentation and make job offer.
  3. Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
  4. Ensure all new joiners’ documents/forms are completed & compliance before send for P file record.
  5. Facilitate onboarding process including briefing to new joiners to assimilate new joiners’ experience.
  6. Build future talent pipeline by managing candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  7. Analyze recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  8. Lead and drive Talent Acquisition initiatives/projects/campaigns.
  9. Database maintenance.
  10. Compile reports and update on talent acquisition metrics as per stipulated timelines.
  11. Suggest new ideas to benchmark talent acquisition activities.
  12. Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a similar discipline is preferred
  2. In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes with hands on experience
  3. Candidates with prior experience in high-volume or mass recruitment are strongly preferred
  4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  5. Collaborative team player
  6. Proactive, driven individuals with continuous improvement mindset
  7. Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  8. Assertive, target-driven with strong sense of urgency
  9. Good in Excel and PowerPoint presentation slides
