What You’ll Be Driving
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, for customer-facing and operational roles across multiple countries.
  • Champion mass hiring campaigns, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, keeping communication timely, clear, and consistent.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  • Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and pre-onboarding steps, both online and offline.
  • Support talent mapping and market research for multilingual, niche, or high-volume hiring needs.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects and initiatives such as process improvements, and employer branding.
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including proven success in full-cycle and high-volume hiring.
  • Practical knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • A solid grasp of sourcing, screening, negotiation, and offer management strategies.
  • Experience or interest in talent mapping or market research, especially in multilingual or operational roles.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
  • A global mindset, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
