Kenanga Investment Bank is seeking a finance professional to prepare detailed portfolio reports, manage GL accounts, and handle various accounting functions. The candidate should possess a relevant bachelor's degree and preferably have 2-3 years of experience. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Preferred 2-3 years of experience in similar fields.
• Professional qualifications (CFA/CPA/ACCA) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports.
• Manage GL accounts and perform Account Payable and Receivable functions.
• Liaise with stakeholders on accounting and tax-related matters.

Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly portfolio reports.

Involve in the financial closing activities and ensure accuracy of assigned journal entries, GL reconciliation and aging report.

Manage GL accounts, interfaces and resolve discrepancies if any.

Perform Account Payable and Receivable functions.

Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties on accounting and tax-related matters.

Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field

Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA/ACCA is considered a plus.

Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in similar fields.

Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP.

Advance Excel skills and financial modeling experience.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and analytical skills

Excellent numerical skills.

Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
