Job summary

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day employee life cycle processes and handle Payroll operation queries and providing ad-hoc supports and information to the key stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents.
- Responsible and liaise with payroll clients for monthly payroll run which include of time attendance administration, payroll and leave management.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leaves, terminations, and check and authorize claims).
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit related issues.
- Accountable for payroll reporting, payroll posting and payroll GLs reconciliation.
- Any other projects such as payroll due diligence or duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Admin or its equivalent.
- Must good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Payroll and Human Resources activities.
- Must be computer literate (especially Microsoft Office & Excel). Ideally, has experience in handling Payroll Panda, InfoTech, HR2000 software.
- Good knowledge about Employment Act and Employment Tax.
- Ability to work independently and systematically with minimal supervision.
