Discover the Role

The Senior Associate assists the Fund Services Team in daily deliverables and provides quality service to clients. They support the Fund Services Executive by preparing medium complexity client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain relationships with clients.
2. Perform daily work of medium complexity, including closing full sets of books, preparing annual financial statements, GST returns (if applicable), payment support services, and other tailored management reports/financial analyses.
3. Prepare capital call and distribution notices, including related calculations.
4. Disseminate notices to fund investors.
5. Address client and investor queries, including maintaining investor contact details.
6. Perform all fund-related work according to relevant fund documentation and TMF AUS's internal processes and procedures.
7. Ensure all work is logically presented for senior staff review.
8. Highlight issues encountered and propose solutions.
9. Complete timesheets.
10. Perform other ad hoc work as assigned.

Key Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines; professional accounting certification preferred.
2. 1-2 years’ experience with closed-ended funds in a fund administration or audit firm.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Solid knowledge of international and local accounting practices.
5. Intermediate Excel skills.
6. Good command of written and spoken English.
