Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Data/AI strategies, roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Manage or coordinate Data/AI projects, including scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks and deliverables.
• Perform business analysis to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver BI and analytics solutions, including dashboards, reporting and insights.
• Assist with Data/AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
• Support client engagements from problem definition to delivery and create client-ready docs.

In this Data Strategy Senior Associate, you will be supporting clients in shaping and delivering data and AI initiatives that solve business challenges and create measurable value. You will work across strategy, governance, analytics and AI, translating business needs into practical solutions and supporting projects from design through delivery.

Key responsibilities

Support the development and execution of Data/AI strategies, roadmaps and transformation initiatives. Manage or coordinate Data/AI projects, including scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks and deliverables. Perform business analysis to understand business needs, define requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Design and deliver business intelligence and analytics solutions, including dashboards, reporting and insights. Support the development and implementation of Data/AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models. Assist with AI validation and assurance, assessing AI solutions against defined business, governance and risk requirements. Facilitate workshops and work closely with business, technology and data stakeholders. Support consulting engagements from problem definition and solution design through implementation and delivery. Develop client-ready presentations, recommendations, business cases and project documentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a similar field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, AI, business intelligence, business analysis, technology or management consulting. Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytic and BI tools like SSIS, SSAS). Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with data processing frameworks and libraries. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex data-related issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
