Job summary

TMF Administrative Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Associate for Secondment Services in Shanghai. You will support the Client Accounting and Tax Services team, help deliver services to clients, and ensure work adheres to TMF processes and internal controls.

The role involves training and coaching on the job, backing up accounting tasks, and liaising with auditors and tax agents to maintain compliance and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that service timelines, quality, effectiveness and efficiency and continuously improved in the Client Accounting and Tax Services.
• Assist and support the Client Accounting team in delivery of services to clients of TMF Group.
• Ensure the services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with TMF policies and Internal Control requirements.
• Part of the Client Accounting and Tax Services team to meet and exceed service standards expected through structured training and on the job coaching provided.
• To backup, assist with and perform Client Accounting and Tax Services tasks.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
