JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To support the translation of business requirements into technical deliverables.
• To manage projects related to Video Services for multi-screens. Ensuring projects objectives and KPIs are achieved.
• Well informed and knowledgeable with latest trends in the online and DVB. Plus, experienced in providing consultative advice to internal stakeholders.
• To play a pivotal and supporting role as a technical lead from solution assessment (e.g. multiscreen solution provider, OTT video web & TV applications) to design, development and
• deployment.
• To ensure that all Change Requests (CR) are endorsed and approved before transitioning into operations environment.
• To manage the vendor relationship and provide on-going performance evaluation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environment and re-align to primary business goals.
• Carry out any task given by superior that are aligned with company objective and business plan
• Independently with minimum supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or Software Engineering / Broadcast Engineering, with 1-3 years experience in Video & Digital TV Industry.
• Good command of English language both Spoken and written.
• Experience in online and multi-screen service delivery (E.g. Mobile Applications, Video Streaming and TV Apps).
• Knowledgeable in online platform and services (CMS, Java script, HTML5, MySQL).
• Knowledge in one of the scripting languages (Perl, VB Script, C-language, etc).
• Ability to support the development of RFP and technical specification.
• Ability to acquire required knowledge to perform and develop test cases/scripts.
• Ability to learn on the job, apart from attending related trainings from time to time.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office and Visio application with ease.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:
1. University degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering or equivalent work experience in the software development industry
2. Understanding of project management frameworks
3. Technical understanding and familiarity with digital solutions
4. Clear-spoken and good presentation skills
5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
6. Creative, especially in problem-solving
Preferred:
1. Experience in Video distribution systems (transcoding & publishing)
2. Experience in Web or mobile (iOS or Android) application development experience using HTML5, xCode, Swift, Objective C or Java
3. Experience with designing digital consumer products
4. Experienced with coordinating geographically dispersed task forces, stakeholders and vendors.
