Job summary

Mubadala Energy Malaysia is hiring a Lead Asset Integrity Engineer (Lead AIE) to head the Asset Integrity Management System and inspection programs for its assets. You will drive AIM strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, safe operations across onshore and offshore facilities.

The role requires deep knowledge of RBI, MOC processes, and experience leading engineers and contractor personnel in an oil and gas setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficiency with Asset Integrity Management System AISy and related applications.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AIMS and Inspection Programs for Mubadala Energy Malaysia assets.
• Oversee RBI strategy development and approval of inspection plans.
• Ensure compliance with MOC and deviation control processes across projects.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers and ensure contractor competency.
