Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an Assembly Technician III in Malaysia to assemble electronic and mechanical parts per drawings and instructions. The role includes performing functional and leak tests, assisting engineers with troubleshooting, and maintaining cleanroom discipline in a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, aerospace or engineering industry experience.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts to build machines per specifications and work instructions.
• Conduct functional and leak tests; identify errors and perform rework as needed.
• Report problems to engineers and assist in troubleshooting.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and observe 5S practices in the cleanroom.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain manufacturing discipline.
